Leadership Coaching for New Roles
Leadership Coaching is a forward focused, intentional approach to take on a new role and create impact, connections and influence. The journey begins with a Discovery Session—which serves as a “launch” of our relationship. During the Discovery Session, we’ll design how we will work together, and set up agreements designed to create a safe and courageous space between us, one in which you are absolutely free to explore, experiment and practice new ways of engaging with your life and priorities. Even in this initial session, you will begin making clear choices that will move you forward toward greater clarity and impact.
Our work together over time will include the key relationships, teams and systems you need to build around you to maximize the impact you want to have. This journey is about balancing the many pressures and responsibilities you face as a leader and centering your life and leadership around your personal values.
After the Discovery Session, we’ll continue the process through our regular sessions, where we’ll clarify your specific goal(s), establish the priorities and values you most want to build your life and leadership around, and set up structures and accountability to move you forward in real-world, practical ways. These regular sessions serve as a touchstone and catalyst for the ongoing transformational process of your life and work.
However, much of the real work of coaching happens in the times between the calls, as you integrate new insights and practices into your life. For this reason, I encourage you to stay in regular contact with me via email & text ~ to celebrate accomplishments, and strategize around unexpected obstacles that show up along the way.
Coaching Fees
Leadership coaching begins with a mandatory Discovery Session. This session typically lasts around 1½-2 hours, and can be done either by phone, in person or by video call. The one-time fee for the Discovery Session is $500.
From there, each month of coaching includes two coaching sessions by phone or video call and unlimited email interaction.
All coaching fees for each month are due at the beginning of the month, prior to our first call for that month.

- $750/month for two coaching sessions and unlimited email interaction, with a 6-month commitment.
- $600/month for two coaching sessions and unlimited email interaction, with a 12- month commitment.
